The Challenge
They were facing repeated cyber attacks on their network which disrupted their customers’ virtual private servers, and this caused them to fail their committed Service Level Agreement to their customers. The existing security solution was an in-house solution using SNORT Deep Packet Inspection, which was incapable of inspecting packets for both incoming and outgoing Internet traffic.
